Countertop Installation
Installation is the end of a sequence that starts with an accurate measurement. We measure the space, fabricate to those measurements, and install with a final walkthrough so anything outstanding is raised while we are still on site.
How installation works
- On-site measurement of the actual cabinetry, walls and openings
- Fabrication scheduled once the measurement and cutouts are confirmed
- Delivery and installation of the finished pieces
- Seam placement and edges reviewed with you during the walkthrough
Preparing your home
- Clear the countertops and the cabinets underneath them
- Provide a clear path from the entry to the room
- Have the sink, faucet and cooktop on site if you are supplying them
- Plan for the room to be out of use while work is under way
We do not quote a fixed installation duration in advance. Scope, access, material and the number of pieces all affect it, so the schedule is confirmed for your project rather than estimated from a general figure.
