Room photos you upload

Photos uploaded to the Design Visualizer are stored in private storage. They are not public, not browsable, and not indexed by search engines.

We use them only to produce the visualizations you request and to keep your own render history available to you.

We do not use customer photos in marketing or to train AI models without explicit, separate permission.

Estimate and contact details

When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect the contact and project details you provide so our team can respond.

Those details are visible only to authorized staff, and access is limited by role — a sales representative sees the leads assigned to them, not the whole database.

Analytics

Site analytics are first-party and privacy-aware. We record page paths, campaign source, device category and interaction events — not names, emails, phone numbers or free-text you type.

Analytics collection follows your consent choice, which you can change at any time.

AI assistant conversations

The site assistant answers using published company content. Conversations are saved only when you choose to share them with an estimate request.

The assistant does not quote prices, availability or warranties — those come from our team.

Retention

Analytics raw data is configured for up to 400 days and can be manually purged by an authorized administrator.

Room uploads, renders, lead attachments and saved chats currently use reviewed, manual cleanup — an automatic scheduler is not connected.

You can request deletion through the verified contact paths below, subject to identity and scope confirmation.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your photos, project records or contact details.

We respond to requests from the contact details below and may need to confirm your identity before acting.
