Planning notes
Decide on the sink type early. Undermount, vessel and integrated sinks each change the cutout and the visible edge, and switching after templating usually means re-measuring.
Bathrooms see standing water, cosmetics and cleaning products. Some stones and finishes respond to those better than others; we will talk through the trade-offs for the specific material you are considering.
Whether any plumbing disconnection or reconnection is part of the work is confirmed for your specific scope, in writing, before installation is scheduled.
